You are like saying you don't eat protein on a daily basis. Your fat comes from carbs, not protein. But if you're referring to bulking, you will definitely gain some fat along the way.

Protein is in nearly everything you consume. If you mean whey protein, which I think you do, then there's no problem taking it, no matter what your goals. These 'a lot of people' deserve to get flushed down the toilet.

If you are buff with muscles why would you decide to stop working out? Yes if you never jaga your diet and if you don't do any form of exercise. But then again my dad is 50+ and still in great shape, he wakes up early in the morning to do stretching and some pullups, plays badminton and squash once a week, and has pecs and abs.

Getting Started

|
Dude, firstly, don't listen to "a lot of people". When I started training in my early teens, I wished that I have gotten advice from great websites, books, magazines and experienced people in the sport. "a lot of ppl" have wrong ideas of what is right about dieting and training.
Yea, you should start taking whey now (actually, u should have started awhile ago). It won't make you fat if you're training hard. Your body won't waste such a precious commodity. I'm losing weight for Mr KL now and I take 315g of protein per day.
Added on May 31, 2010, 11:06 amAnd about your next question, how will you look like if you stop training? Basically you'll slowly transform back to how you looked like before you started training.

Nitrotech 1 scoop of whey is 25g's but anyways if you want to know then just google each particular brand name. the list of ingredients is abundant on the net. do a little research before asking dude you'll be surprised how much info you can gather from just googling.
