If you are buff with muscles why would you decide to stop working out? Yes if you never jaga your diet and if you don't do any form of exercise. But then again my dad is 50+ and still in great shape, he wakes up early in the morning to do stretching and some pullups, plays badminton and squash once a week, and has pecs and abs.
