Dude, firstly, don't listen to "a lot of people". When I started training in my early teens, I wished that I have gotten advice from great websites, books, magazines and experienced people in the sport. "a lot of ppl" have wrong ideas of what is right about dieting and training.

Yea, you should start taking whey now (actually, u should have started awhile ago). It won't make you fat if you're training hard. Your body won't waste such a precious commodity. I'm losing weight for Mr KL now and I take 315g of protein per day.


Added on May 31, 2010, 11:06 amAnd about your next question, how will you look like if you stop training? Basically you'll slowly transform back to how you looked like before you started training.
