then u shud try upgrading to 5mbps.

not 5mbps... shud get 6mbps..
since ur 5mbps already can get SNR30db+

yes installer is stubborn.. NOT TM100 ma..
u tell installer no use one.. if they got no benefit or instruction to do... they wont make it happen...
call to TM100 to get ur 6mbps lo....

but if you are still in the 14 warranty days TM will ask you refer bck to the tech

after 14 days 1st loo... dont tell me the 1st 14days also u cant tahan meh? becoz 1st 14days they will think maybe the server port there have problem.. so have to report back to the installer..

Simple

You can ask TM100 to set. Sometimes they may switch your port to 5mbps , which may cause it to be interleaved. If you dont care about latency , then dont bother. If you're on FAST path currently , and if you play games stick with your 4Mbps. When you complain and ask them to move on , there is a risk involved there

Actually this is how its done , again if you dont care about your data path. For some people its important , and if you're lucky it will be the same or improved
Just e-mail them ask them to cap at 5Mbps. The reason why is that your local speeds are slow. dont bring in international story. Then they will certianly cap at 5Mbps

Just say you dont want 5Mbps , its just that you want to truly enjoy 4Mbps speed especially for local links

Be polite and wait
