Hi every1 this is my new speed after upgrade to 4mbps...
how to complain to tm until my speed reach 4mbps++
and 1 question...Why now i upgrade to 4mbps i stil cant create game in flying spaghetti monster...every1 say lagging...
but when im in singapore using my same laptop with 8mbps...it has no problem

hey guys, I'm currently staying in Jalan Ipoh, i get satisfied speed ONLY in midnight, BLOODY STREAMYX.


Whenever peak hours like 12pm to 12am, i seriously can't surf at all.
I just get averagely 20KB/ps speed MAX !
How should i get rid of this, i don't think it's the copper what problem because since i can get this speed during midnight, i sure can get a better speed that is more than 20kbps, this is ridiculous, paying 4MBPS but getting speed that is lower than 52/KBps.
How should i complain to them ?
Do resetting port works?
Or should I complain to them and ask them for a technician to look over.
Because when the day the techician came to my house and install during 7pm, the speed is flying right away, which means i get full speed. But starting 3 weeks ago my speed just can't even climb more than 20KBps. I really need some help..

skmm report....maybe technician will come and fix your copper pole outside or other problem.maybe get higher cap

urs cap at 4mb n line not so good, report until they come n cap at 5mb! fo sure can! good luck!











me 4mb is 4mb all over, dont mind this test so much ler, real life use, all also same

do report2 and report and more report +100 call to get capped 5MB cause i saw malacca people can get cap up to 12 MB WTH beat 2 of the unifi package!

You can get to push them. Thats the question , you can get 12Mbps + but with crappy port and face disconnections or be happy with what you have. I rather have a stable 4Mbps connection with a good IP range rather then getting 12Mbps with a crappy port as someone pointed out earlier.

Got back my 218.111 ip , i paid the price though. They swapped the port now my SNR Margin and everything went down. Well sometimes you gotta pay the price if you want something

i notice that problem but u must take measure into own hand make sure u check phone socket,modem,router,copper line in house and the one outside(copper pole to your house) and make sure DSLAM on tip top! wakakakak


then u wont face DC that whats i hear from my friend in melaka since he use 12MB streamyx!!! he use direct connect to modem and no phone attach..best modem+best router+best copper line dam speed 12MB wakakakak that just so awosome just like unifi 10MB but just better u get 12MB !!! he is a lucky guy!!!

115.XXX always fast

when i use 124.xx ip all international link go dead or half dead....never get 110 .xx .....but happy with 60.xx although it suck on noon....

actually some country they also use copper and provide 10M package
