My fren waited for two months == he go back the the Klang HQ n scold the staff, the next day the technician came . They brought a modem then fix it at his haus == after fixing it , they say the modem spoil edi , nid to replace == n he waited for the technician to come on the second day ... He didn even saw the technician shadow oso ==

Hi,

I have applied jalur lebar package and the streamyx line already install with D-Link wireless modem on 26/8/2010. Still waiting for the netbook. Just now called 100 to check status of the delivery of netbook but it busy. Then, I sent an e-mail to TM, hope they will reply. unsure.gif

hp: we dun hv ur order, u call 100 to check

100: u must call hp check with them, after 14days only if no receive then only call us
...

call Nadiayu to check about my netbook delivery status before raya, they said will arrive before 17th sept 2010, today is 19th edi, still lah bayang pon tak nampak... call on wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday, no one pickup the phone, s**t...
