i went there juz asked. according the staff. not all can apply. after u apply u need go through some procedure. like d kebajikan officer will come investigate u qualify for this package etc....

weird for a big company. every branch has their own marketing and sales ways.

i really can't believe this household survey thing.. how much $$ TM is going to waste by hiring ppl to do the survey rather than keeping those $$ to rebate or have cheaper package for their customers?!?!

Anyways, for 1Malaysia notebook, we all know the specs but anybody know how it looks like? If it's ugly, I might go for HP.

Malacca here, already applied for this package. I chose the Komputer 1Malaysia 1mbps package.

I'm worried about NatSys's netbook, but it's just a netbook, so it can't be all that different from others. It may not be EeePC or ThinkPad quality, but it should meet the average standard.

Unfortunately, Natsys policy said they can't reveal who are the OEM for their product parts. The pictures make it look like some of it come from Gateway, but I suppose I'll see in a week or 2's time.

Anyway, I just went TM point Gajah Berang Melaka this afternoon for pay bill and ask about the package, they say only 50k of netbook will be given to whole malaysia and until now already half of ppl apply liao. And they say they only help to pass form. Do mayb it mean once u apply not confirm get it de.

BTW, I still havent recieve any call from TM about my package.

If I don't get the netbook, I can change to the HP one-lah. If HP also out of stock... then it's a damn pity because get nothing free, but paying RM68 a month for 1mbps is still better than my currrent package paying a total of RM100+.

No netbook still can save RM30+ every month.

i submit the form to tm on 08/06/2010 and get approval from tm on 09/06/2010

When i register, tm staff told me to attach latest salary voucher and ic only..

but for who doest not have salary voucher, must be fill up the seksyen 6 on the application form...

but the seksyen 6 must be verifly by adun, ketua kampung or bla bla on the form..

the 1Malaysia notebook is under the brand "MIMOS", something like that, local brand, not HP. Both is said to have same spec, just that HP has a known brandname.

Just call 100..

He said, my home can change to package 1Malaysia but better go to TMPoint for confirmation..
