sometime TM also get crazy lah, my combo package also got charge rm26 after pindah rumah...
complaint, complaint and complaint from jan 2010 until ogos 2010, still charge me meh...
lastly i change package and terminated combo...

different story here, applied and get response within 24hours.. cancelled old account , pull new cable to house, streamyx enabled. 1 week later netbook already arrived(yesterday) thumbup.gif

1Malaysia using Pos Laju to your house address
Hp Netbook using courier for me was Tiong Nam Courier Services (they call me before sending to confirm where to send)

I going to subscribe this package soon. What I know is the family income need less than RM5000.

1,Do I need to bring any prove to show them when subscribe it?!

2,I used streamyx 1mbps for more than 3 years, if I subscribe this, my current internet will terminate immediately or will terminate when the PAKEJ JALUR LEBAR come?!

3,Netbook 1 MALAYSIA, what brand is that?! Acer?! or just normal made in malaysia brand?

my older line is using very old dslam (4-5years ago) and very bad quality of line, random dc during rain etc.
so they decided to chg mine to pull new cable which using newest dslam. and yeah, new phone no and etc.
location , kelantan, apply via agent
