sorry for the confusion... yea... at Metro 2033 I set to max except AA is off and reso at 1600x900~ as for the other games... it's all on max but note that PhysX is NOT enabled... makes my game crash for no reason~

is it worth to get the GTX 260m(does it boost the rate a lot?) , 9-cell battery (does it expand the battery life a lot longer?), is it worth to upgrade the RAM to 8gb just for dual channel function? and what's the avatar selection for? sorry for all the noob questions. thanks btw.

the 5850 is better and cheaper

why is it better? as in price or performance? i checked notebookcheck.net, it appears to have a higher score.

not really is better, is LPPL only, cant see the improvement

just checked it says 5850 is better as it support directx11, 260m don't?

to really optimise DX11, u need a vry powerfull GC(prefer desktop GC) to play smoothly, if not u have to lower down the setting, once u lowered down, then is no point u have DX11

I think different in size of M15x and M17x isn't really that much lol.
You'll get to the weight by the performance, generally 1 more kg, not much of diff when you can feel the diff in performance lol.

So yeah if money isn't an issue, got for m17x.

go for 5850 on m15x..if you want CUDA and PhysX then go for gtx260m..just for game better stick with 5850..

lols. but still i preferred 15'. 17' sounds too big for me to move around. with it 5kg weight (i was using a 3kg lappy currently, suddenly 5...)
i guess i stick to 5850 since its cheaper and better for game.

lol... DX is nothing except it's just an eye candy~ if can play on Max... I'm happy eddy~
