kelisa i think should be within 1.5-2.5k? not very familiar though since i don't own one
2.5K close to getting a EJ-VE engine if not mistaken. Not sure how much to overhaul though. Can say is quite a strong engine to last.

red lining like crazy whenever the chance is there. done track days including sepang - done over 30-40 laps for 2 hours time within sepang (overheating the entire time LOL!)
take note stock spec/paper sheet on a stock engine 4g15p 3AT is 163km/h and my engine is still on stock form dyno'd at ~60 on wheel hp that is about 6.2-6.7k rpm iinm
torco marketing and albeit *somewhat* outdated information on EO viscosity in relation to film strength/protection (do take note he is referring to heavy turbo/nitros racing applications...) aside...
this is a rather informational video for information on engine oil.

it's not bad, or at least it has API SN certification so it will at least have a minimum standard to adhere to
thing is, the price they are charging, compared to performance/boutique brands are very similar. and with that, why not go for those when they are extensively been used by motorsports teams all around the world?

Ya, many told me the same thing. Petronas i bought at SC at rm240 for 4L. Which other brand would u recommend me? Is it correct that certain brands are more suitable for certain type/brands of car? For example my kia is korean car.

i think should be no problem, anyway my sc only provide free labor charge, any other thing else also need to pay so i dont bother much also. my first service done, second service they told me already expired because over the due date. so i only have 1 last service expiring by march 2014. i just want to try out other EO as u all mentioned.

Lolz same too..
Serviced every 6 months only..even tak kenya 5000km .follow Toyota style
i suggest you back to semi 5w30 or fully 5w40 if you feel the car is sluggish...
as for my myvi... tried eneos 5w30, seriously i would say good enough, worth every penny... then change to lexus 5w40, nothing to complain about but i feel the car pick up not as light as eneos 5w30, my foreman claimed this lube did mix with some addictive or whatever else... not a 100% pure lubricant...
as for the current one, back to eneos but this time is gold bottle 5w40 fully... to be honest, i will never switch to any oil anymore... this 5w40 simply is the best partner for my 6yrs old myvi... pedal more responsive compare to lexus oil and most importantly, i feel comfortable with the car... cheers !
i do found honda oil now sharing the same manufacturer with eneos oil, probably u can use honda 5w30 oil if you have budget concern? else give a try on eneos 5w40
bro. have a go for petronas syntium 3000. used it in my vios, with 15k km service interval(my own schedule maintenanc.. )
as my father x-trail 2.5L with syntium 1000. wheel spinning with 18" 235/55/18 profile tyre is not a problem
