the SC serdang there which mechanic u look for? got anyone to recommend? I don't like fresh graduate mechanic to do my car. My car got 2.5k more need to do 6k service...

On another note, i drove my sis's saga blm to Genting one time. During the downhill, got many times the brake totally won't work. The car still moves downhill without slowing down even after I fully stepped on it. I have to swerve to the side to avoid the vehicle in front of me during a couple of the speed bumps. Luckily the road was wide enough with not many cars. I swore to never drive a Saga BLM up there again.

That one is brake overheat, not car problem. Stock brake pad i assume. Please don't simply say is car problem.

I've only driven down genting a few of times only, the previous times using the Nissan X-Trail. I always just let the car roll/cruise down using the lower gears without trying to apply too many brakes. But this incident with Saga BLM happened very early, not long after I started going downhill. I don't think I've applied the brake too many times, but I guess i overestimated the potential of Saga's stock brakes.

im back......dam proton...i really hate them now....ok..when i reached there around 5pm...the 3 supervisor were "lost in action", u cant get thru their numbers and even their mechanics can reach them..ok nevermind.then i talk to the mechanic personally...the mechanic told me that my brake really have problem on the bubbles stucked that caused the brake wont work sometimes..the important thing is..he realized the glenmerie service center NEVER fix my complaint for the 1st and 2nd  dam..i was shocked and dono how..i asked him..then why do u need customer to complaint if u guys dowana fix it and u told me it fixed? then how i know now u already fixed my brake?otherwise tomorrow im died then how? then i said its like ...then the malay mechanic replied: BAHAYA...then i replied: U KERJA DEKAT PROTON U CAKAP BAHAYA JUGAK YA??then he laugh there..then the 3 manager level came down and told me : YOUR BRAKE WORKING GOOD AND NO PROBLEM!! WTF????then i ask them how come i cant brake sddenly and now ur mechanic told me got "bubbles" inside and he;s doing bleeding for it ???then they keep quite ..(u guys are hiding some secrets there i think)then i say how now?gona replace my lost or wat??then they say wana ask their higher management..dam!!?  i asked them to chop sign everything they've agreed but they refused...and say no chop la ..no this la bla bla... HQ no chop??? funny huh???so how can u guarantee my life ??they say canot guarantee?dam it?? i paid RM5xk for buying "risk"???then they laugh at there...dam u ...i've recorded the whole conversation...u think i can upload to youtube??will kena sue???i dam angry already..luckily im stil alive...they thought the have the support from government then wont bother human life ya??if T or H brand they already started to do something !!! but this proton still LCLY to me....

just to share wit u all..now im at proton HQ kesas highway ..coz my car yesterday brake suddenly not working and  goes bang the front car coz i cant stop.....so my bonnet and bumper goes rosak..and now still discussing how to solve the problem...this brake problem i've complaint since the 1st day i took the car and i've sent to glenmarie for claim it....then 2nd time complaint again in 1K service in  glenmerie as well..then now is the 3rd time.it goes bang....haiz...3 super supervisor of their management come down and meet me to understnd about this problem...when i asked them issit im the 1st case on brake problem?he say " yes" dam it..i remember previously there were few ppl complaint about this brake problem,and i met few malay ppl who driving persona elegance here they mentioned they have the same problem,but they haven goes BANG like me....even ECU shut down suddenly and stop at highway......but then when they checking the car ,they talk secretly discussing among themselve...i cant hear anything @@.. so i dono wats the problem..at last 1 of the supervisor told me that mayb some batch is facing this problem but they canot let me know wats the "real problem" because they worry i will share wit u guys here online...as he told me = =..then i was nodoubt ..ok ..i respect ur rules n regulation in proton..but atleast fix my thing before im died...i told them..LOL...haiz...now still waiting..and they mentioned if really their problem, they will bare the cost of fixing my car...dam it.. i bet they sure cover this problem ..hope they really check my car properly..another thing is my fuel guage will goes "empty" even i have full petrol inside..dam...

i am wondering, u wait till the fuel light on and run remaining km show in the meter? Does the fuel light blink?

i really dunno what happened to my persona.

last pump 37 lliter just able to get 300km only, previously i able to get around 10km per liter.

and sometimes the engine very hard to start up, is it the spark plug spoiled already ?

my current mileage is 15k, haven't chg the spark plug yet

After reading all this drama, I feel the owner of this vehicle should blame himself/herself for what happened.  If the brakes are bad on the very first day, why not reject the car till it is fixed for safety sake.  Even after 1K Km, the problem still persist, I think it is hell of a dangerous for other road users.  Any car with brake problems, be it new or old should have been fixed immediately.  I feel this complainant is very incompetent in handling the whole situation.  And why this car owner did not get Proton to replace the fuel gauge quickly. This driver's mind has more problems than the car.

oh boy, looks like they wanna runaway with this case, tell them u will log the report to the nccc about this matter

if all d complaint done still cannot resolve ur problem, last solution is to take ur car to outside mechanical and get it fixed, dun bother about d proton SC anymore.
