PersonaTM,
Referring to your photo above... you installed bullet to replace the catalytic converter? Or you use the straight pipe??? Please clarify cuz i dun get it.

Btw, i think you should have just replace it to aftermarket header instead of modding it this way..... IMHO. smile.gif

will or will not consume more fuel is highly dependent on our right foot. tongue.gif but its worth it.
I have one question for you. You just installed the headers right? Full system or just the headers? If its just the headers, now does ur stock muffler makes funny noises like tin can noises or somethin? Because some cars does that once replaced to aftermarket headers. Just wonderin if it is with Persona.
*
Yeah a little funny sound if changed the extractor alone when you rev rpm 3K and above. I changed the mid and rear with stainless steel @ JFA sunway.
Car felt so much lighter and better pickup as well.

got few issues at this moment. Turning on rough or uneven surface will having knocking sound. Besides, ICM Relay is faulty, waiting Proton to claim for it. The symptom is "EEEEEEEE" sound when u power on ur car (not start), once u power off ur car, the sound will remain about 5 minutes then gone. Basically these 2 problem i encountered at this period.

On the others hand, my car is still under 1000km, never try the top speed. I'll maintain the RPM below 3k before 1st service. FYI, yesterday i just finished my 1st tank of petrol since i got my car last wednesday. I manage to clock it 436km for full tank, 60% highway, 40% city drive. Yesterday i pump 40L petrol cost RM72. You guys can devide and consider how the fuel comsuptiom is.
*
lol.. i do have the eeee sound and its like source from our meter panel....
any problem if we are not change this relay at the moment...
i think want to change it next week when i have free time

p/s : the meter cluster really nice... thumbup.gif

erm... basically the ICM Relay wont effect the car totally break down when running. the worst case is u cant start ur car, coz no power supply to ECU.

Do we still need to practice driving below 3K rpm before the 1000km (or 1st service)? Does the PE engine needs to "run-in" 1st before can go above 3K rpm?

Just wondering if this Lokatoo A903 software that comes with H-Line is really that bad? Why need to install to Garmin?

I'm using Lokatoo and it's fine for me.. it's not very difficult to understand.. Maybe Garmin has better GUI and graphics..

Btw, anyone here knows anything about Nano cable? I heard that it's a cable connecting from Alternator to bettery, which helps to charge up the battery and hence reduce fuel consumption. Is it really effective?

engine run more effective.

actually i quite agree with you, Lokatoo is quite user friendly.
my friend had garmin gps, the graphic is better than Lokatoo, but the address searching is no where better than Lokatoo...

Added on July 11, 2010, 10:20 amrecently tried the Shell RON 97 V-Power...
it sucks!...
Car no power and feels like the car not moving when step on the accelerator.

i'll stick back to Petronas RON 95, cheap and powerful!
