Let's say if anyone want to apply for the unipack with the new line(previously no telephone line at all),do that person need to submit any additional form to apply new telephone line?

Because when I applied for Unipack with new line I only have to submit 1 form & the counter lady said I have to pay extra RM75 + RM30-RM50 for new line.
But when my friend went to submit his form,another person ask him to submit another form to request new telephone line.

No idea..but no harm to try.

Anyway..ur case very weird. My friend hand out last week. Technician come over to install after 2 days.

just now called my mum to understand the sittuation , since this morning i asked her go to tmpoint at kelantan ,

she did ask and the ppl said my application is processed and have the data inside the pc , now just need to wait , already one week the fixed line come , hope tomorrow will come lar .

Erm...email wont solve the prob. Either TMPoint didnt process ur application..or TM HQ at ur state there din process it.

Btw..dont ask ur mum visit TMPoint often leh..very tired one.

opposite 2 road from her office , and she is the tauke ,lol . should be no problem , everyday go there awhile also good
pressure pressure.

after she said the data is inside the pc after the worker check , this should be safe a bit rather than they didnt keep in the data in the pc.

Yesterday i just transfered my home line to my new house...
but how long they need to process my transfer?
and i plan to apply coolunipack....

so is that mean i need to wait for transfer of phone be done 1st
and then just can wait for coolunipack registeration?
