Can i activate it through mobile phone means insert the sim card into mobile phone at least i will know what is the sim card phone number

the sim card no is at the sim pack tat they gave u..u dun see it?..

seen it but i meant the mobile phone number...

i know of 2 way u can get the sim number used for the maxis bb.

1st. call to the service center and get from them, but you need to do some verification b4 they give it to u
2nd. put the maxis bb sim into a phone, and then sms to yr own hp using the bb sim.

are u getting hsdpa signal or just wmcda?

HSDPA...is slower then my celcom d68 package...
loading mafia war page also slow until now still havent finish loading....haizzzz.....

average download speed at 70-90kbps. Cant even exceed 200kbps....celcom d68 can easily exceed it...

i tink it depeneds on the time tat u use it and the signal strength....try it agin at nite..and taek note of the signal stregth,,,

im now in my 6th day trial of maxis BB. should i terminate tomolo?lol if celcom worst then i wont terminate lor, coz i still need a wireless BB.

anyone using ZTE MF 110? what momory card can we use on it? cant find the spec on the web

we cant tell u whether u shld terminate or not as we dunno how is the speed in yr area.

i can live with the speed. just havent try the throttle speed 128kbps yet. already used up 2gb still they havent throttle yet and tomorow last day trial. lol. the rm 150 upfront payment can be consider as we purchase the modem? but its locked =.=

Memory card to save space, it can act as thumbdrive + modem. no need bring other thumbdrive. lol

activate will be faster.

1st time i sign-up they activate my SIM card on the spot. (RM78/month, i cancel this account after 1 month)

than after 1 month i sign-up again (because the subscription fee has reduce and with free modem)
this time my SIM card got activated after 2 hours.

since got free trials rite..
Wanna ask some questions...

1. Is this a plug and play then can straight away on9 already?
2. Successfully installed the driver,since its auto install, but cant access the internet... how?

once you sign up, u need to wait for the line to be activated.
most probably few hrs to a day... or u can call to maxis CS to check whether yr line has been activated or not.
