oh yeah... my maxis has been untrottle..

eiks.. this is what i hate...
yesterday pass by p1 shop.. p1 is cheap ler, i saw it's somethin like rm58 for 8GB..
really cheap if compare to maxis.. but dunno how stable itis

i plan to give it a shot after my 5 months period is over...

so far, the speed in my area (kulim) is very stable and fast. I still can get download of up to 200KBps from rs or mu, both using free service.

so far, i'm satisfied with the speed, unless when i'm being throttle.. LOL

which area in melaka?
btw.. i'm also goin bck melaka this weekend.
hopefully can get signal at my area, bukit katil..

yr signal is HSDPA?
here in kulim, i still can get up to 1-2mbps when i'm getting HSDPA with 0 bar..
if i'm getting WCDMA, most probably will get around 300+kbps.

ic.. normally what time is the slowdown?
i only use my maxis after office hour, around 6+pm till 9+pm, and don't encounter any slowness for the past few day.

celcom has the widest coverage in malaysia. in term of speed, maxis win

totally agree wif you... the speed now is super fast..
remote access to company to troubleshoot on my server side..

very nice.. but i prefer more on the actual download speed..
like the speed of download for rs or mu.. this way more accurate..

i think u can get more help if you post under mobile section..
here is mostly for maxis bb..

modem type/model do play significant role in the stability.
each modem hv different signal strenght/etc.. if u wan to improve the speed/coverage for e1762, you can purchase external antenna for it.

to confirmed whether the offer is true or scam, u may call maxis to clarify on this.
just make sure there is no contract for it, and no termination fees if u were to terminate it.
