Anyway after more than week, jerseyman finally manages to remove all the embroidery:
After removing all the embroidery
Closer inspections reveals that there are some stitching marks and some small holes/pulls left behind:
OK I didn't do it perfectly... but I tried to minimize the holes...
But one thing, the stitching marks or shapes of the previous embroidery that exists can be removed later by ironing the area:
Ironing the areas where the previously embroidery exists
As you can see below:
The stitching marks are gone after being ironed
Pity that I forgot to take photos before and after (ironing the area)
So here's the final results:

for me, this tutorial is out of reach. i'm goofy with scissors. so better stay away.
