I also received a letter from TA but for the 614sqf unit. I think the size quoted in the letter depends on your answers during registration.

In any case, 614sqf is going for about RM300k if I remember correctly (letter is at home).

I'll check when I get home and post again tomorrow. Its possible that my wife could have read it wrong - i really hope not since we've already started thinking about how to get downpayment and the loan etc if we want to get a unit.
