Actually u can walk into the area from HeroMarket access since it's connected without any gate or fencing. Very open concept. There is like one guard there only. Of course cannot take the lift without access card.

Latest news is the upcoming AGM, and the redressing of the commercial water rates to the lowest possible at RM6 instead of RM36

So technically, the developer AND the residents have managed to seek redress to convert both water and electricity to more of the residential tariffs or special consideration

The dark floor tiles in the units are a poor design choice imo. Nice toilets. Seems like too few lifts for the 14 units per floor.

How’s demand?

How would that be possible given this is a mixed commercial development? Even with commercial HDA status, your electricity tariffs will be residential but not your water. That’s a large enough saving as is.

Received our first water billing at a much reduced commercial rate (RM6 it is). Not sure what was the process but happy its not the maximum RM36 minimum

Interesting outcome. My understanding was that it was RM 36 minimum for commercial whether under HDA or not. Good to know if it’s subsidised or it’s truly reduced by council.
