wonder if should sell our Azelia unit and move away once this completes, as traffic will be a lot more congested.

What I don't like about Ativo Suites (just a nitpick) is that there is a Studio unit sandwiched between the D and E , I thought about getting a D unit but I'm worried that our neighbour will be some noisy bugger. If really want privacy need to get the F unit.

it's a very nice locale

accessible to LDP , NKVE , MRR2, DUKE from doorstep
nearby Kepong and DPC for food
lots of good food nearby as well

cons is jam gila if you headed NKVE direction, but by the time you move in it should clear when MRT2 finish construction.

The cons for DP is that you will need to move out during NYE because the whole area becomes a standstill

Actually u can walk into the area from HeroMarket access since it's connected without any gate or fencing. Very open concept. There is like one guard there only. Of course cannot take the lift without access card.Attached Image

The link bridge reduce the height of Jln Sg Buloh by 2m ... Is this acceptable? I think clearance is now around 3m ... At the end of the day it's high enough just scared some dungu carry jentera onto the bridge then got stuck there
