Both development are competitor, unlikely to have a bridging in between.
Even if they earning billions, i dont foresee anything like this will happen.

Some prob sell or rent Azelia and purchase new condo in DPC. So far Azelia is pretty decent to stay.. no problem.

That's good. Anyway even if atiwa suites were 850psf it's still overpriced. Let's wait for it to VP n adjust to the actual value of BSD.

saw this during old master plan back in 2010.. said need 10 yrs to realize... now 2010... nothing happen and the area is struggling.. still saying the same thing?... how many 10 yrs does TA need??? the issue with TA is they do not have the will to realize the plan even during tough times.... unlike DPC...which invested a lot during the early years even though struggling...they continue to push forward... now DPC has grown large enough and reach that critical mass to be a centre of its own and with the critical pieces fall in place (internatiational school, medical centre, commercial centre)... u can see now they r reaping the benefit... launch after launch with that kind of sales... really geng... ppl continue to chase their product all because ppl have seen the township and environment has come to life... and that continue to pull even more ppl to this place...

Don't count on this bridge, it crosses local councils and no one is motivated to pay for the 9-figure construction cost.

Agreed....may be the developer still sleeping..lol


If they don't build the link or bridge or new route... the traffic there will be a nightmare....

TA just didn't invested enough to build up the township and its connectivity... they loose out in terms of the township execution, amenities and connectivity... product wise TA are not inferior to PPS though..

Well looking at the completion of the MRT line and the upcoming mall connecting to the MRT. That might push them a bit more hopefully.

Uniqlo structure is just temporary, according to that MBPJ plan permit. Will probably be shifted into the ativo annexe mall when it's completed. It's supposed to be launched two years ago, which will complete Parcel 1 of this masterplan, but put on hold due to the state of the economy right now. Also, starbucks and other f&b will be in this "temporary" DA square, according to a billboard nearby

ya you are right, this place is a temporary structure of 10 years only . All tenant been told beforehand on this.
