Let me tell you two things:

It was an other girl. neither ain nor shima picked up my phone call. She said, actually everything pasang in Gurun. When I asked everything? She said everything. Then I reconfirmed, "body seme ke?" Yes is the answer.

Second thing you need to know, I bought Suria first or second batch. Guess what I suffered the most? two weeks got the car, gear box had problem. Major problem. I drove my car instead to my office at Cyberjaya, towards KIA SC Puchong. The car can only ran at 10km/h. Imagine that? Righttttttttttttt in front of the main gate of the SC, my car totally jammed. Siap kena tolak masuk dalam workshop. I asked the people there, what was wrong with my car, they said the kilang in Gurun missed out only one screw in my gearbox to let the gearbox leaked. Ending of the story? They replaced my gearbox with brand new one. Tak sampai sebulan pakai keta, OK? Hanya kerana satu biji skru diorang lupa pasang!

Then, master break pump, changed for how many times, almost every year kena tukar. Lucky enough still under warranty. But in February this year, on my way from south to PJ for my master class, my Suria jammed again in Kesas. Even apek naik basikal pon boleh potong aku. Yes, gear box problem still! What was the meter reading? 60000km! I called Naza, I had to ready an amount of 17k. Sedih tak? Though I NEVER serviced outside, sent to them periodically, they didnt care.

Having Naza services for almost 3 years, yes, they will call you everytime you serviced your car. They will ask. "Puas hati tak? Ade yang tak kena? Barang yang dah ganti OK ke tak? Bla bla". But as far as what I experienced myself, kau cakaplah tak puas hati macam mana, they wont help you to settle the problem. Macam sekadar manis bibir tanya khabar, lepas tu dah.

Dont ask me how I feel now. It hurts!

But why I still wait for Forte? Because they claimed its CBU. But when I called the Careline yesterday, CKD plak. Let me burn my rm1k depositlah this time! Naik tun bas lagi baik daripada pakai keta CKD Naza. Sekian wassalam.

Constant / Prolong use of the Shiftronic will damage the gearbox or not?

Anyone here can tell me whether Rawang stockyard really got no more 2.0?????? If the 2.0's are at Gurun factory......we are really fxxxxx d. I'm really surprised Naza can build this cars so fast.... always thought they would start with the 1.6sx 1st..........

should be not if use it wisely... don't always push harder near red rpm...
use it when want to overtake only...
and don't forget to change gear box oil every 20k km...

my driver side rear passenger door start having problem such as some time it cannot auto lock / unlock by the center lock.

this really annoying.... need to show to SC but sometime it appear to be ok and functional... just sometime it will malfunction.... how to tell this to SC?? sure they will say everything is ok if the lock functioning when they testing...

ok... another question to all the sifu here....
- Since the Hyundai Tucson using the same engine like Forte but with 6 speed auto gearbox...
possible to change that gearbox to our car?? cos the engine bore size is exactly same with Forte....

if really can... i would say that our Forte is perfect in everything.... (despite the small malfunctioning part like the door luck... F*ck!)

no one can answer this unless u've a friend inside gurun...
now CKD can interpret in many ways... change emblem only pun can call CKD...
change tyre + rim only pun can call CKD...
if not mistaken to get CKD title, 30% of the car part need to assemble/install here...
but in boleh land, above is on paper only... u can 'adjust' it to suit your 'need'...

but i believe gurun can produce this car in CKD but change the minor2 part only... like their peugeot...
as long naza didn't touch major part (engine, gearbox), i believe it should be ok...

how about the gearbox position/bracket? can fit it nicely?
a lot of tune need to be done...

i guess in bolehland when you import an engine block, that is counted as 1 unit vs 1 sticker emblem... well, there aren't a lot to assemble if that is the case... 1 engine, 1 chasis, 1 dashboard, 1 steering wheel column vs 1 set tyres, 1 set N*Z* emblems, 4 door panels... viola... we have > 50% local assembly... hahaha...

of course the real thing may not be as simple as this... but thing if it was labeled as that, no problemo...

Check your VIN serial number whether it starts with KL - KR or PL - PR ?

If I'm not wrong ..read somewhere b4, its located under the steering wheel. I'm not too sure because I don't own 1 yet. Any bros here can enlight us to where the forte VIN number is located for this model?

Another possibility is that its at the "Left side of dash (thru windshield)"

Yup. Please share when you got ur car (1.6 or 2.0) and what ur VIN start with.

It looks something like this(pic attached).

As far as I know... VIN doesn't lie and is more reliable than the "kereta pemasangan tempatan or import baru" in our reg card.
