naza kia is playing. Honesty level is low. Called them up too..now said pending kastam approval. Simply incompetent if need ceo to do the job. Take too damn long to settle kastam paperwork. Bad biznes practice. It is just bad when they cant offer any visibility when to deliver the car. You think ppl will buy again from them?

I just spoke to Naza careline...2 mins ago.... not AIN...but Shima... so there is more than 1 person there. They know I called before (when and spoke to who) and noted the empty promise.

Now for what Naza says that worries me really a lot. Allocation is not completed yet because there is no stock to allocate from Naza factory/assembly line. WTF.... means Naza building the 2.0 already? I don't want to wait another 1-2 months and get a real 1st batch CKD car from Naza gurun plant. Imagine all the problems we (2.0 CKD 1st batch from Naza gurun will face)... will jump straigh to V10 in 1 month after our car's are released to us with problems posted... I have faith in the Koreans & KIA on their quality, mentality striving for improvement and perfection.... however no faith with Naza sales or their production....

Naturally, I asked Shima.... wait a min, I thought there is already ready stock....and its documentation (Kastam and all other bribe takers) thats holding back the 2.0 allocation. Shima reiterated the same ..."no stock to allocate from NAZA assembly" and says that this is the new standard direction and communication given by NAZA management.

Really don't know what to do now....... can other people here please call NAZA careline and check and post their results here.....

Yeah...we all knew who you guys suffered with the long wait (and run around with Naza) ...but in the end its a good thing... you guys waited patiently for a good CBU Korean car...

For us, its a different game now.... we are waiting for a car.... not sure whether its assembled by NAZA or not. Would you wait 4-5 months for a 1st batch assembled car by NAZA?

yes.. wind noise is more noticeable when u run more than 100km/h.
but still acceptable, it's just reasonable wind noise.
my old car more noisy la even without visor.

any chance who know this car belong to any of member here?

To those who have booked and still waiting for the cars,

We have experienced the same. We even book the car before it was launched, and some more that time Naza made it pre-launch booking can get car faster kind of impression, but eventually we have waited for 3-4 months only get the car, especially 2.0.

No doubt about the way that Naza is doing the business, but if you have faith on the Forte quality after reading so many comments from the forums, it is worth the wait.

Unless you think that T&H can give you a shorter waiting period with that kind of price, definitely you can go ahead.

We have been through the pain and the frustration and even booked the car without seeing, testing the real car.

Eventually, it does potong steam a bit, but the car is simply impressive and worth the wait.

Trust me.

even it may be one of ppl in lyn... i still want to scold... what an idiot parking his car like that!!!!!!

tat's the SA issue... they all wanna close sales and to do tat, simply giving empty promises.
i thought in 2010 careline already mention waiting period... even though it's not consistent but it's something like 2 - 4 months kinda stuff.

hmmm... i still believe that production line in gurun is not quite ready to roll out the car so all new cars to be delivered these 2 months (if they got car to deliver la) will still be... u know wat i mean anyone got insider news? got near to the gurun plant?

we had this discussion back then... and point of reference was the peugeot 308. assembled in malaysia with solid build quality.

I really don't blame/ fault the SA, I think all the NAZA SAs and even branch managers are fed with wrong/ vague information from the top (Careline was never consistent to begin with). SA's are usually like pawns in a chess game in NAZA's case. So guys out there, don't mistreat your SA's ya.

errr.. wonder why your rear view mirror is totally different. its rectangular in shape and not curve. is it CKD? or mirror with Camera display or mirror with GPS?

i got the same cargasm when i first got the car.

Saw 1 forte park in front of my wira, WTR 4486, red King Long emblem, the back one kena korek oredi.. kesian.. anyone here with that no. plate?

Korek means scratch?quite common now - better park at safe area and near guards if possible -

Anyone got problem with their paintwork as my developed a small dot with a bulge as I suspect it is developing rust. When I collected the car over a month ago the surface was smooth. I have informed the SA and he has taken a picture of it. I heard of rust proofing problem but my is at the door.

very clear your SA is FFK on you ..... I booked mine before it was launch only got it during CNY so about 3-4 months of waiting period.

btw Naza only able to deliver 500 - 600 max of cars per month , hope their SA don't over commit else they will get bullets !
Or Naza increase on orders from KIA (KIA is currently finding hard to coupe with global demand)

No worries.!!! I have managed to find special tool for installing the mudflaps easily.....
Just look around at your area hardware shops.
Yet to install the mudflaps but have tested out using this tool, workable !!
