QUOTE(reddoxxvi @ May 31 2010, 06:43 PM) To All Sifooo and Fellow Fortezan. Personally I think you should go for the 2.0 . I'm a 1.6 owner and been using the car for a month now. Everything I love about the car and regret not waiting for the 2.0 . In my thoughts now the 2.0 would be perfect lol. If you have time to wait just go for the 2 Today I've tested a 1.6 Forte in Malacca branch, and I'm impressed with it.Now i'm torn apart whether to go for 1.6 or 2.0. I'm just curious on 2.0 stock availability as I've read a lot of negative feedback regarding 2.0 deliveries. And any feedback for Malacca branch would be highly appreciated. Thanks guys. I'm looking forward to join the family and building up Malacca's Forte owners branch over here. |

QUOTE(Wind82 @ May 31 2010, 07:16 PM) May I know whats the average FC for 2.0 forte? 370km is a bit too little. 11L/100km for full urban driving is pretty much what the manufacturer claims (10.9), but you should have no problem reaching 400km with a full tank. Try doing manual FC calculations for a few weeks and see what's the average mileage.I always get around 11 to 12 liter / 100 KM. One full tank (RM 80) can last about 370KM only. Something wrong with my car?? ARGGHHGHH Is it your right foot? Or do you shift at very high rpms? QUOTE(kiaforteclub @ May 31 2010, 10:39 PM) your better than my 1.6 mah i only get 450 per full tank KFC drives like Vettel everyday but if i drive myway with 2.0 sure 300 only hahahahaha This post has been edited by StarGhazzer: Jun 1 2010, 09:09 AM |

QUOTE(Wind82 @ May 31 2010, 07:16 PM) May I know whats the average FC for 2.0 forte? Dude, i'm also driving the 2.0 but after full tank of refuel, i usually get the figure on screen (our meter lah) around 450++ km.I always get around 11 to 12 liter / 100 KM. One full tank (RM 80) can last about 370KM only. Something wrong with my car?? ARGGHHGHH both RON 95 / RON 97 are showing the same figure but the best actual running figure for ron95 that i ever reached is 457km & RON97 is 474km with my fuel will empty at any time.... so, as comparison, the ron97 will have extra mileage for around 20km+/- compare to ron95 for a full tank (based on my driving style & it is 50/50 city & highway). if compare the petrol price for the full tank of ron97 & 95, obviously ron95 is more cost saving compare to ron97 but to me ron97 feel more power. the figure of your 370km is based on screen figure or real running figure?? dont trust the on screen figure too much as it is not accurate and it is very depend on how your right foot step on the pedal... i did get the figure of 390km+ during my 1st 1k engine break-in period where i keep press hard on the pedal... now on average, in highway i drove around 140 - 160+km/h and normal drive when in city; which brings me to the figure of 450km+ per full tank.... hope this info can help you.... |

QUOTE(vaio pavilion @ Jun 1 2010, 01:05 PM) any modification to the stock condition will void one (especially on wiring).. but if you're good with some SC personnel, they will help you claim if got problem. but of course if you change air filter, only engine warranty voided, not the wheel or body, sumthin like that lor.. depends on what you change. |
