Hi Everyone..

Today went alone to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve to relax myself and enjoy the Beautiful Scenery there.
I really like the place though that is not a spot for FS, but for the Blue Jewel. In total i have been there for 4 times including today. The 1st time i went there with Bro Jong, i instantly fulfilled my wish of getting the Blue Jewel Male but it was a regret as that Male that time only got 7 legs. Thus i didnt keep him. I always wanted to keep a healthy one as a pet and take lots of photo for him becos i find them especially cute with their extremely short forearms..

For those Bros who are not sure what is Blue Jewel. In fact it is another kind of Thiania breed. They are usually found at Higher Altitude. Their Female is really Gigantic in size but for the Male, it is very small with very short forearms. It is their color that attracted me so much to get them. The Male is very difficult to find, maybe as difficult as finding a L-size Thiania Bhamoensis Male. Both my 2nd and 3rd trips there i didnt see any. Only saw the Gigantic Females. Hence i find myself today very fortunate to have spotted one! But it was also not easy to hunt them! They are generally not very tame and are very alert, behave like the Monkey God! Today i waited almost 2hours for this Male to reappear after i lost sight of him initially. Really phew cos almost going to give up for the day when i suddenly spotted him on top..

Well.. Sometimes, Patience is all it takes..

Another reason that i like to go there is that i still believe that since their Females are so Huge, there should be Males with Equivalent size too. I will continue to visit that spot once every few month, hope to catch it 1 day!!

wow those pictures look very sharp. are you still using your same camera? Reservist is slack! haha..

Yeah still using my Canon Ixus 105.. i like Sharp shots man.. especially the Head and Face are what i emphasized the most, sometimes even i got a very good pose from the Spider but if the head and face are blur i will have to remove it too.

Well.. Bro Ez.. just wait patiently.. you might be able to see a HK Spider(aka the Golden Cat)'s Gorgeous Photos, which is much bigger than Takeshi appearing in this forum soon..

Yeah, seems like a nice place. Pity I have never been there despite spending 5 years in singapore. I will make that one of my destination when i next visit singapore.

I doubt you can get a big male blue jewel as I too have come to know of a place which habours this species. All of the adult males are small with short arms while the females are big. I guess this is the species trait. It is funny that for them to evolve his way means the females actually prefer to mate with smaller males than bigger ones.

Nope. But i did with a pair of male diardis. I thought they don't size each other up. But boy, I was surprised. I hope to find time within next week to upload the clip.

Yo Bro Mindstorm.. i see.. at that Blue Jewel spot, actually i did see some normal T.Bha Bigger Females and Smaller Males too. I think lately there were people there to trim the leaves that's why i couldnt find any T.Blue Female this time, usually i will get to see a few of them instead of the Male. Therefore was really lucky to have spotted Baby Chris.. LOL..

Sure.. next time when you visit Singapore again, we can go to this Blue Jewel Place together..

It is indeed unusual for such Big size Female to mate with such Small size Male.. When placed together, they looked like a Grand-Ma to a Grand-Child, in mandarin we can call that 婆孙恋 perhaps..

..and how Nice if we can get to see the real Mating Process in live..

Just now met up with Bro Randy and Bro Krauser at my place for some FS Bouts, well.. mainly are their FSes as currently i only got 1 FS to fight.. But he(Hanzo) has already been around for nearly 3months, he was caught on the 14th Dec 2010. Even he still looks very active and remained as a normal fighter now, i can see his energy level is definitely not as good as 2 weeks ago. For any FS to live this long in captivity, one will surely develop some forms of Attachment with them, and yes i do. Just like that time I kept Spring from a Newly-moulted FS to a really Old-looking FS. But Hanzo already looked this Dark when just caught. Hence everyone dont be deceived by Colors, doesnt mean a Dark-colored FS will be a Chopster and doesnt mean a Newly-moulted FS will live the longest..

Hi Everybody

It is very nice for Bro Krauser and Bro Ura to make time for a FS bout this afternoon.

Slappywag gave me sleepless nights after my Fs Boomz was soundly defeated by him. Boomz had one more good fight with Towkay's goodfighter and I have released Boomz at the same secret location where I released Raksasa.. I had in the meantime patiently waited for the moment for FS 'revenge' for Boomz. The opportunity came immediately after Slappywag's bout with Hanzo. I could see that Slappywag had used a lot of FS energy, strength and even executed an overturn/flip-over move to defeat Hanzo. Knowing and seeing that Slappywag was visibly exhausted and probably in pain, I immediately suggested challenging Slappywag with Gold. Ha ha ....managed to beat Slappywag..though a bit unfairly.....can now sleep without FS nightmares

As part of Gold's training, I matched him with 5 Nirv### spar, train him with Naruto and another new FS, L-Drago as well as rewarding him a young virgin FS girlfriend. Gold was also fortunate to have gained a bit of confidence against Macbeth (this name I laugh till cry) and was just at the right time and right place. Gold was actually my 2nd king after Hitler and maybe will share Gold's girlfriend with Hitler to strengthen Hitler

Anyway, I have recorded the fights in HD with the camcorder. I have also learnt with great difficulty how to upload photos and I attach 2 photos of GOLD below.

Wow.. so many new FS fight videos and pics..

Today i went to Colmar French Resort at Bkt Tinggi again. This time bring my parent there for sight-seeing and for me to hunt for spider oso.

Checking out the area.. where got Spiders?


Saw a Flying monkey


Caught 2 different subspecies male FS and also normal female FS..

Heres the pics and videos.

1st subspecies male FS.. Medium size. Think just chg skin.. head colour abit light brown, legs still whittish..abdomen very thin.
Another one is smaller size abit.







2nd subspecies. striking green/blue colour. Blue Jewel type. Medium size. Its body build, face, teeth all looks like a male spider to me.. previously all Blue Jewel FS male size are small size and short arms, the bigger size mostly are females. Pls chk the pics and videos and let me know whether its Male or Female.









Female FS or subspecies female FS? Caught from the same place 1st subspecies male FS. No normal male FS found there.



Came back quite late in the evening.. didnt fight the subspecies FS yet.. maybe 2morrow.
Mindstorm you interested with these subspecies FS? I can pass to you for more research. Or Bro Ura interested with this Blue Jewel?
Last time you said interested to have a bigger size Blue Jewel..like Takeshi. This one only medium size.. but quite big oso.
Your Hanzo FS colour looks fierce..

After hunting FS, i saw some exciting & sexy dance performance at Colmar french resort..
Not FS dance lar..its Russian roulette dance.. enjoy.

This afternoon I met up with Bro Buaya at Nirv###.

Boy, what a FS lesson I got... I lost all my fights.

I really need to strengthen my team before any rematch with Bro Buaya. Bro Buaya also gave me two strong fighters (whom beat my FS) and I have decided to name the smaller one as BABY BOP and the other as BOSS. Thank you Bro Buaya for the presents.

I will need some time before I can upload all the fights and there was a good fight between his Fs, between Konsor and a his spar.

Thiania breed really got so many different looking species man.. It is really Wonderful, the Transparent looking one seems to has a pair of much Longer Arms than our normal average Thiania..
Wah.. this is also Blue Jewel?? Though not the short arms type, yes i am also Interested..!

To Bro Randy: Very Good 1st attempt of taking the Grid Photos of Amon..
In future there will be more for you to take.. haha.. sometimes might even have to "scare" the FS abit so they will really lie flat on the grid paper then take the photo asap.. Amon definitely looked Well-fed and Huge..
Seems like even the Biggest FS we caught cant really hit 8.5mm on the Body length and more then 3mm in Head Width size..

Well.. the answer to see a Bigger one might be getting a Thiania Subopressa Male..

We are primarily into fighting spiders. We also appreciate photos/videos of other spiders too.

If you're in Singapore, why not join us for friendly fighting spiders fights?

We meet and have our fights on an ad-hoc basis and post the video of our fights in this forum. Thereafter we make it a point to release the same spider healthy at the same spot where he was caught.
