Hi Everyone and Hi Luvaregal

Did a quick search and it seem that regal jumping spiders are not commonly found in Singapore/Malaysia.

Met up with Bros Ricky, BTL and Seng at Seng at Seng Kang yesterday night for our Fs bout. Was pleasantly surprised to know that Bro BTL has a new team of Fs ready to do battle. He also did not seem very worried when I told him that my Aesthetic Doctor and Bro Ricky's Jupiter are ML sized. Does he have something up his sleeve??? The only way to find out is to fight our Fs. We all decided that it is a free for all type of fight and once challenged, one cannot back out....so small must fight big or normal must fight chopsters.

The fight started with my newly caught good sized Fs called Skyle. Was sad when it was clear that Skyle though of good size was way past retirement age and very slow in his movements. Did not have the benefit of assessing him after catching him couple of days ago. Bro BTL took out his Fs with a slight 'handicap' of one leg less called appropriately Les 1. This would probably be a first ever video of a retiree against a ....errr... crippled??

Finally, managed to beat a peerless chopster.....albeit a bit slow already.

Bro Ricky then took out SG.Com and Bro BTL took out Fighter 2.

Yes, yes, Skipper won and Bro Ricky immediately wanted to be a party popper and took out SG.Com.

Oh YES.....Yes.... still not satisfied, out comes Nano C....another peerless chopster. It seem that Bro Ricky was hell bent on defeating Skipper and since this is a free for all type of fight, I obliged.

Finally...FINALLY....managed to beat 2 killer chopster in the same night.

I then took out.......Aesthetic Doctor. Bro BTL looked at me, smiled and slowly peeled open his FS container (which was super clean). He took out a monster sized Fs called Tong Fang Bu Bai. He declared that " this a Hong Kong T Bha." . That proclamation oozed confidence as Tong Fang Bu Bai clearly had size on his side and a big size for his head too. Aesthetic Doctor is no small fry in any event and I also wanted to see how a good sized local T Bha would perform against a slightly bigger Hong Kong counter-part.

The ground shook as the 2 giants size up against each other and it was a titanic battle and ...much to my relief, Aesthetic Doctor prevail.

I have to agree with Bro Vincent as MEGALOMANIAC, though of good size does not really look 8mm. Perhaps a grid photo will assist. Be as it may, you have got beautiful photos of a handsome FS.

The continuation of the fights and next is a flying Chopster from Bro BTL called Speedo. I really don't know why but Speedo always remind me of Grand Master Ah Kim in his Speedo swimming trunk....that is another matter altogether..

Good to see another fight between Jupiter and Aesthetic Doctor.

Have resized and added line for easier size estimation.
Use upper measurement coz its in mm.

Base on this pic, its visible size abt 6.8-6.9mm in standing/walk position.
If in resting/stay down position, my estimation size will be abt 6.6 - 6.7.mm.

Jupiter vs Original sin fight was very fierce. Lotsa close grab strong bites and and grabbing arm lock. Can see Jupiter
bite hard from side and below many times to weaken Original Sin.
Original sin gave strong fierce fight but Jupiter is much stronger.
Looks like Orignal sin injured from the fight after get bitten.

Aesthetic Docter have very long arms and large.

Hi Everyone

A Very Happy Deepavali to all.

Met up with Bros Seng and BTL for our holiday hunt at KJE this morning. I was told beforehand that KJE is a nature paradise with Fighting Spiders, Tarantula, Durians and Cobra too. I have hunted here before but do not remember seeing Tarantula, durian or snake (let alone a cobra). Well Bro Seng was the tour guide and he showed me and Bro BTL what Tarantula hunting was all about.

First we look for rocks and over-turn the rocks to reveal the Tarantula nest.



How then does one catch a Tarantula from the next? Here is the answer:-

TARANTULA HUNT (13 November 2012)

In no time, Bro Seng had caught more than 10 tarantulas....



There were other beautiful things to look at, like LingZhi, Frog (Tian Chi), Big Spiders and err....fruits??



This was suppose to be a fighting spider hunt...but we were slightly distracted, especially with the knowledge that durian was just round the corner.



The durians were really nice.....yum yum.

In between all the excitement, did we actually hunt for fighting spiders at all?

Yes, we did and I caught about 6 male and I think Bro BTL caught about 5.

On the way back to our car, Bro Seng spotted this cool looking Black Spitting Cobra.

We finally reach our cars along the main road and proceed with a 2 way fight between Bro BTL and myself.

I decided to let my new addition, Aragon have a go.

Interesting video on Tarantula hunting. In the cobra video, something orange shot across. What is it? Tasty free durians too.

Very exciting fights. Looks like DFBB is injured. Speedo is definitely injured. Hope that it is ok.

Aesthetic doctor looks big. It is possibly the biggest T-Bha now? Can't remember where it is caught.

The fight between Pincer and Bullet is one of the fiercest fight of all time. Despite, one of its leg got bitten off, the intensity of their fight remained strong until one of them got KO and stayed motionless. Classic !

That is indeed Bro Vincent's longest post.

I am also like Bro Vincent in that we fight Fs for fun and friendship. Win lose never mind one. I am flattered to learn that my former 1st King, namely The Truth is one of his favourite Fs even though he lack size (7.3mm at most) when compared to the legendary 3 Ts (about 8mm).

Bro Vincent's does not post often and certainly does not promote his own Fs in the forum. Based on the most recent fight, his best must be CK Punk which really gave my Justice 2.5 (Team Champion and Individual Champion) a thorough kick in the butt.

I have 3 new acquisitions, Tatanka (15/11/2012, Valtor spot), Megazord (17/11/2012, NTU) and Goliath X (17/11/2012, Ah Kim Darling spot).

I did not plan to hunt but have some time since my daughter's concert ended early. Went to NTU first, the same spot as where I caught Aesthetic Doctor and caught Megazord. Went to Nirvana Secret Spot and it was filled with people and decided to try Ah Kim's Darling spot without much to expect. After all , the biggest or my best caught here was Corporal Carnivore, caught sometime ago.
