Those familiar with pet tropical fishes may have seen or know about snakeskin guppies and discus, both pattern which aren't really found in the wild(maybe abit but not so refined) but are results of selective breeding by fish breeders...


I'm sure not all snakes have this pattern but I think the most well known snake to which this pattern is coined after probably came from the python.


And here's a tiny jumper that carries this pattern. A small taiwanese jumper given to me by my friend Dan(aka Mangrovejumper) who caught it in an urban park during freetime in transit coming from the States. This is adult size. I kept it for some time not knowing that it has this pattern because it was so small, all along thinking just a small brown spider! Until one fine day, i took it out to play and gave it a closer look...




Perhaps some resemblance to this too...

Yes, that cute spider has leopard patterns.

Met up with Bro Ricky this afternoon in Simei for a Fs bout. Based on the pattern of the last 2 fights, Bro Ricky would take out Pinky Warhead at the end and beat all the Fs around. As such, I pondered hard and believed that I have the answer to beat team Ricky. The last time Bro Ricky was beaten was due to a team effort which included Bro Jason's Fs and gifts from Bro ken and Buaya. Now I stand alone in my quest to bring down the champion.

How would i do the seemingly impossible task? Well my plan was to use the strongest and not necessarily biggest Fs to fight Pinky Warhead (provided I reach that stage) followed by my 2 newly caught good sized Fs, namely Di Gardo (caught from Nirvana on I think 10 July 2012) followed by The Truth. That would just be enough to beat Team Ricky.

This spot in Nirvana has blessed me with many good sized Fs which included The Truth, Di Gardo, Kim Jong Il, Golden-I, Horrie Miller within a space of 1 week or so. The last time another spot gave me lots of good sized Fs in a short time was the Valtor spot which gave me Overlord, Sonic Boom, Widow Maker and Solomon Kane. My conclusion is that the Fs possibly came from the same batch and the conditions there were just right and conducive at that point in time.

Well, enough of theory and before the fight, we agreed that the overall winner would have a photo taken on the Podium of Ultimate Victory, a nice leaf imported from Australia.



We started with our newly caught, Di Gardo against Flaw.

Is this the beginning of the end for me? For 2 weeks in a row, Bro Ricky used Pinky Warhead to clinch the title. This time he does not have Mercury to rely on and I have actually anticipated this moment. My plan was to use the strongest Fs (which I though was Armadale), followed by Di Gardo and if he fails then use The Truth.

If this tactic fail, my hopes will come crumbling down as the others are not really proven world beaters yet.

I do not know why, but I decided on Weirdo instead of Armadale.

For me, when I was young, it is simpler. Find some small black ants and feed them to spiders. Alternatively, catch a housefly, pluck out the housefly's head and feed it to the spider.

Met up this afternoon (15 July 2012) at Canberra Road for an FS bout. Present were Bros Ura, Khai, Mario, Shareef and myself.

Before our fight, heard news that Bro Khai and Mario caught good sized Fs from Yishun. Bro Khai's champion potential would surely be Connan and Onek. Also heard Bro Ura had a big big Fs ready for battle. Knowing Bro Ura, he would usually bring a small team with big big potential. Bro Shareef came in a bicycle looking confident. On my part, I am,,,,ahem....the Champion with Weirdo standing on the podium of ultimate victory just 3 days ago. The notable absentee was Bro Ricky who had other prior commitments.

My fight plan is the same and that is to amass as many wins as possible. With more seeded Fs, the possibility of being champion would be greater.

All of us surely had one thing on our mind, that is to be the champion and here goes....

My newly caught, Daniel Bryan was the first to start the fight and somemore with a fierce Chopster called Hero. Daniel Bryan was caught just yesterday and was filtered from 5 other newly caught.

I probably put in a big sub-adult (instead of a female) which moulted to a good sized male. Well...until now I still don't really know how to distinguish a female and a sub-adult.

Before this fight, I reflected upon my total defeat about 1 month ago at this same location. Armadale and Optus are the only remaining warriors from that day of defeat.

Had a short Fs bout and Bro Shareef has a good sized Fs called 1st King. Yes, 1st King shall fight The Truth.

Nirvana still bless me with Fs and I am happy to be able to hunt there.

On the other-hand, during these 2 years, many Fs spots were removed ...NTU big CB tress, Nirvana lily stretch, Valtor spot trees, Super Secret Spot in Jurong, Bro Ricky's Denso II spot and soon, the Changi coaster Road wild pepper leaves.

Met up with Bros Ricky, Khai, Shareef and Mario at Canberra Road yesterday (22 July 2012) for an Fs bout.

I was the defending champion and before the fight, Bro Ricky had warned me about Grand Master Ah Kim's newly moulted BIG sub-adult called Tank. The hint was that I may not be champion for long.

I was naturally not scared and was happy to be greeted with ice lolly I have not seen for decades. Thanks Bros Mario and Khai.



Before the fight, I have decided that my current team would be tweaked a little afterwards with Optus and Armadale being 1 month plus to be released. This would be their final fights.
