Resume that stands out depends on your creativity. You need to learn creative writing first before you can do a decent one.

I would highlight helping in make up for freind's wedding day.

Skon9,
I think only they can answer you. Tell them you dont have access to a scanner and ask if they accept a photography of the documents. It is their preference what they want. Outsider's comment are just wild guesses.

Virtual,
I am not a computer guy. I would say your accomplishment section is impressive. I notice you have several grammar errors although you managed to communicated your points. Format of presentation may be the reason for lack of response. It is very lenghty.

Since my accomplishment section managed to catch your attention then resume is not too bad i guess. You're right about grammar but it might not be the reason. Could it be because of HPC field which is very niche? sweat.gif

I have no idea what is HPC. If it is a niche labour market you already know the reason for your lack of response.

Yeah..just snap the photos and sent it to them. Make sure that the information can be seen. Most hiring department will understand that not all applicants have access to scanners.

Hi all, need advice on how can I verify if my resume is good or bad? Currently I can't think of anyone around me that can help to review my resume. Should I find my ex boss to review my resume?

Thanks in advance.

I would keep my resume short, precise and concise.

In Indian, people start doing video resume, which will convince the interviewer much better, it's like they can see yr personality before deciding to call u up for interview instead of doubt u and not callig u up.

For me, expected salary I put Nego, while availability I put 2 months... maybe this the reason I'm not getting any call yet...

I dont think so. Nego means they can still offer you something that is in their budget. If you are good the will wait two months or even buy your notice period. It is the content of your resume that did not cactch their interest.
