I remember when I had my interview, my boss (the interviewer that time) said "u made ur resume interesting to read".. I dont know if that's good interesting, or weird interesting.. laugh.gif

I agree with faceless. Most likely, they wont dig their old-submitted resume.

Regardless, I think its a very good idea to just give resume even if they say don't have vacancy, even if there's possibility they're just gonna throw it away. We never know if the time we submit the resume was the right time.

Resume shouldn't be too general imho. Or you can make it non specific, then list your abilities/skills (finance, admin, etc like u said, not the general multi-tasking, hard working, etc) in it. People do that sometime.
