I would suggest minimum you get something from Viofo or if you want more expensive? Then there’s the Thinkware brand. The latter has a shop at subway to survey and install too. IMHO, a dashcam’s function is to record and store video. Can operate perfectly outside the Connected Drive system. Suggest you check out a fellow reviewer’s website for reviews and videos of the dashcams in action. You can also visit the Dashcams dedicated thread here on the forum for other people’s experiences and further advice. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either Viofo or Thinkware brand.

Regrets happen on a personal level with BMWs.. haha.. At least you are getting the 330i which IMO has less hassles than the 330e.

I am using Blackvue on my X1. I can remotely view my dashcam too. Found it usefull.

I guess some form of regret might happen then. My vw is working damn well for a 10 year car. Got good experience with motorrad so quite keen on trying bmw cars.

BMW Credit offered me think early this year 1.8% since I'm an owner and have not purchase a beemer awhile. All loan fully settled few years ago
