Yes..its very possible to travel at Island with that budget.In Redang Island ,just Wisana Redang (3 Day 2 Night Free and Easy package ) can get cheaper just RM240.00 per person for Quad sharing room.You can bring all your friend to holiday including bus return KL -KT (RM78.00) and accommodation( RM240.00).Total RM318.00 per person.

Redang Bay ,Redang Reef ,Coral Redang..its fully booked..only at 8th still got room at Laguna Redang .quad sharing is RM348.00 per person.

Get the package is the best cheaper option.Otherwise you coming with the group (9-10)..example 2 Quad sharing room is RM270.00 per person...include 2 night accommodation , return boat transfer from Merang Jetty or Syahbandar jetty to Redang ,Breakfast ,Lunch,Tea ,Dinner and BBQ , 3 x snorkeling trips. Yes..you have to follow the schedule ..

If you create your own package..too much headache with budget..Return boat is RM100.00 per person ,Meals quite expensive at Redang (RM40-RM50 per day ) , accommodation RM90-RM120 per person.Snorkeling trips..RM25.00 per person per trips..

a) Redang Cheaper then Perhentian Island because..Redang have Early Birds Promotion (1st March until 31st March ) and ending season from 13th September until 31st October.Going with the package much cheaper ..but Peak season ,School Holiday and Public Holiday..the rates quite expensive.

Perhentian Island...the lowest rental room..is RM60.00 per night for garden view.Flat rates..only peak season June and August .not much early birds promotion compare Redang....

Snorkeling activity and beautiful beach..more to Redang Island ( Marine Park ).

Why i recommend..because value of money,good service,very closer to beach ,quiet places not too noisy like Redang Holiday (open disco until 12.00 midnight )you can have meals outside of restaurant facing to beach and sea,all room facing to sea view and never heard any complaint from LYN forum member.

Laguna Redang Island for weekend surcharge RM40.00 per person per night x 2 Night = RM80.00 .If you staying at Redang Reef ,Bay,Wisana,Kalong or Pelangi..they just have rates for weekday,weekend,school holiday and public holiday.

Berjaya Redang Beach Resort at Telok Dalam and Coral Redang Island Resort at Pasir Panjang..would be your choice..have swimming pool.

Perhentian Island..there have lots of snorkeling site..otherwise you can take package going to Susu Dara Island and Rawa Island..just RM50.00 per person..minimum 5 person.Its take 3-4 hour at both Island..you will be at Resort at Lunch time.

Lang Tengah Island not much snorkeling site,some snorkeling package..they also bring the customer to Marine Park at Redang Island.

Airport Taxi will charge RM25.00 per cab from Airport to Syahbandar jetty.Its take 20 minutes only.There no cheapest transport from airport to Kuala Terengganu.

Some resorts charge RM10.00 per person per way for land transfer (airport to Merang Jetty)

For snorkeling trips,i highly recommended the snorkeling trips to Rawa Island and Susu Dara Island.There you can see beautiful coral .Not lots people know the place ..both the island don't have the resort/chalet.

Perhentian Island..when you going with snorkeling trip..boatmen will take you to Shark Point ,Turtle point and 3 Ruang at tanjung basi.

For Land transfer from Airport to Kuala Besut jetty by Airport Taxi is RM110.00 . If you landed at Kota Bharu airport..the fare is RM76.00 per cab.
