Hmm i see...thanks for the advise...I noticed another thing...for D90 the ISO lowest it can reach is 200? is this a limitation to D90? Or is there something we can do about that as well?

I thought the general rule of thumb is the lower the iso the better the image quality? Care to explain a bit on the lo 1.0 iso on d90 and the effect on image quality?

Lo1.0 and Hi1.0 aren't real ISO actually, they are more like sort of 'software rendering'. D90's sensor is designed to be used at 200 to 3200 with Lo1.0 as 100 equivalent and Hi1.0 as 6400 equivalent.

Should i set my ISO setting to auto specifying the min and max iso i would like to have? Not sure which is the best though, lets say i want to take photos during a wedding dinner (indoor), no time to set set, later miss the chance to take some best snaps/shots moment hmmm

Lo0.3 and Lo0.7 is somewhere between 100 and 200, don't know the exact value. 200 is the min and the best, but if you're doing wedding dinner indoor, you need 800 and above definitely.
