Have you add "Reboot" button in your phone?

I actually noticed that problem for some time. It is pretty common actually, called screen tearing. I seen it on my friend's N900 as well. Not really noticeable until you look closely but once you know its there, its pretty easy to spot and becomes annoying haha.

yeah... it alot for me.... hahah, cannot using white background... it become more noticeable.

mates' for some reason, after going to PR1.2 , i reimported my contacts. But in conversation, when i typed a message, and i tap TO to add contacts, there is not contacts, but in my contacts , there it was. all of them.

I tried restarting, no avail. I'm stuck =.=

huhuhu, no wonder i can't flash my phone few days ago always stuck at waiting for the usb device prompt.
i'm using windows 7 64bit

which method did u use for PR1.2? auto or manually??

Ya i know the icon. But i duno what to press to make that arrow icon come out.

u can use xp mode anytime...
i always use XP mode to flash my phone

1st-on ur browser, touch ur finger outside of touchscreen area (for example near front camera) and drag ur finger along to touchscreen area. then u will see arrow icon show up. click the arrow icon and mouse pointer will show up. then u can copy any word/phrase/statement by highlighting it. done. simple like count 1 2 3

me too cannot loorrr

Step 1 Open default web browser
Step 2 make it full screen
Step 3 use your stylus to go to the most left of the screen
Step 4 Slide Left to Right to reveal the hidden cursor
Step 5 Click on the cursor u will see a red cross over the cursor
Step 6 You now can highlight any text within the browser

To turn off click on the cross cursor

anyone? and btw, for some reason, i cant go online at all, can connect, when i tap on the shortcuts, or on the globe icon, i cant go online at all. a lot of probs with pr 1.2

I have very few problem after updating to PR 1.2(I tried both unofficial & official).Even after tempering with lot's of root files my phone still working fine.

How did you update to PR 1.2?OTA?
Try reflashing manually.

Anyone know how to edit the content of a mail being forwarded on Nokia n900?

When i forward when i want edit it will become an attachment? Beside that the phone is great.

because n900 openGL does not come with vSync that why we have such problem and they will not fix for it but Harmattan will have driver update....

If they continue to support N900, they need to maintain additional OS, plus, N900 is a great that if they continue to support and/or provide MeeGo offiicially, their 1st MeeGo device might not sell. They need people to switch and upgrade...
