I thought this one is fully sold ? What's the walk around all about ?

I remember before we moved into Palmwalk many years ago, SHL also organised some cultural show and light refreshment served at Palmwalk Linear Garden although the houses are fully sold then. I think this is called show case kua, some sort of publicity awareness campaign or developer still keep some unit in order to sell it at higher price?

Yeah likely. Or the loan reject units might be sold higher price too.

I think there are few phases in Goodview @ Sg Long, sold out in previous phase and some new launch at later phase.

the picture show the water is blueish color but in fact the lake water color is yellowish...

The location is just too far and remote...access road is the main issue...

The cleanliness of the lake will affect the value of GV@Sg Long, wonder who pay for the maintenance of lake -MPKJ or the RA. If MPKJ GV@Sg Long residents sure will suffer, if RA then maintenance cost also expensive.

Not too far lah, it just next to the SMK Sg Long, but may face problem when school session start and end.

Retaintion pond

just afraid the denggi mosquitoes grow there

MPKJ recently cleared off a lot of trees and rubbish at retention pond in Palmwalk, as we told them if don't do it now next time may be got denggi, they react within 24 hours, now the pond is crystal clean

I think developer try to put fountain system so the pond don't look like retaintion pond

Put talapia and Turtle eat mosquitois

Let check the colour of Goodview Lake in Sungai Long tomorrow

good idea, tilapia should still be able to survive. Turtle then i doubt it, maybe choked munching on plastic bags thrown by us ..

haha can put some keli or ikan karuk also, they can survive well

ya the more fishes in the pond the more lively the pool will be i think, any experts to verify this
