Hi guys,

Do any of u know what is the latest developments in between green acre condominium and the sungai long golf course. There is land clearing going on. Quite massive the area. I think is Sin heap Lee development. They haven't put in any signboard yet. Wonder what they are building.  Condo or bungalow.

I think the best choice is to built Bungalow and Semi-D for that area next to golf course. Maybe something similar like Hao Residence )located left side the club house)

I heard SHL will build Semi D or Bangalow in this land.

That plot of land best suitable to built Semi D and Bungalow. But building Semi D and Bungalow profit margin lower than condo.

Something similar like Hao Residence. G&G. No need front main gate.

See whether can pre-book before launching. Sure make money after VP.

plus the road in front of it is quite narrow, not suitable for condo....

yalor, if build condo then green acre golf view will be blocked. If really wanna build condo also can not do anything right?

What u said is correct also that the road is quite narrow. Imagine the road parked by cars of the condo residence. shocking.gif rclxub.gif

I think this would be a better bet compare to Ecohill. You need a strong holding power for the development to mature.

For Hao residence, i remember my friend bought a Semi-D cost around RM 900K++ when is first launch. Now , after VP selling around RM 1.45 mil. You can see how much Tanming is selling it superlink house opposite the club house. Crazy price but people still buy.

I saw the officer came to remove all the advertisement nailed on the tree few times but after few days, the new signage will be up again. I wonder if the officer can just call the number advertised there and take legal actions against them? Coz i really pity those trees lo, u can see thousands of nails there ... sigh! But there is once i saw some residence taking their own hammer to remove the signage. I plan to join them one day if i were to see them again. Probably ask them to carry such exercise once a week ... See we remove faster than the property agent putting back their signage smile.gif

but sg long already very well establish.......shopping mall, cinema, shoplots, university, hospital all just 10-15 minutes drive..


SEH is good la, because nice master plan adn low entry price, but located at semenyih, a little bit ulu place...wan watch movie also susah...where is the nearest cinema from SEH?
