I saw the officer came to remove all the advertisement nailed on the tree few times but after few days, the new signage will be up again. I wonder if the officer can just call the number advertised there and take legal actions against them? Coz i really pity those trees lo, u can see thousands of nails there ... sigh! But there is once i saw some residence taking their own hammer to remove the signage. I plan to join them one day if i were to see them again.  Probably ask them to carry such exercise once a week ... See we remove faster than the property agent putting back their signage

i heard last time both BMC and sg long security also bad, during that time lots of construction and lots of indon workers and there always happend break in cases..

now sg long mostly setupfenced and guarded by own resident community...improve a lot already...

I am staying in Cheras (but the very beginning part of it) but I still watch movie in Gardens ... lol ...

SEH will have a large mall similar to Setia City Mall within 2km of its vicinity. 

are u sure SEH has large shopping mall? i never notice this is their master plan...just saw got few rows of commercial shoplots...

Used to stay in Sg Long but moved last year. Its a good place to stay but must admit the traffic is getting worst. Low cost flats there are, near the pasar pagi, few blocks of them and taman rakan that side do have some industrial buildings, and some new ones i think just completing? No high tension cable thats for sure.

dun rlly know the full story, but my dad just told me starting from friday we will start to use the gate infront of our each jalan instead of the 1 at the guard house. if nt mistaken the main access at guard house will b open to public d. will see on coming friday...

is it because the guard house built on the main road which the main road also need to use by other residents who not stay in taming mutiara?
