I have shoulder problems too, one side is bigger than the other and affects my chest dev too. Instead of doing barbell bench i swap it with dumbbell press, and same goes to shoulder, i try to avoid barbell.

Dark tats madness, lack of sleep yet u still can stand those weight. I tried it once, when i was working night shift and training in the morning and i end up being sick for 3 days lol, doc asked me if i m working in pub

Thx Neek, actually my cutting phase has ended 4 months ago, still going on with my bulking phase but hardly pack on weight :S.
Theres still lots of work for my chest, there are kind of imbalance T.T |
