Hi guys, I just started lifting weight a few months ago I have a very big problem which I've tried several ways to get it solved but until now I couldn't find the solution.
This is what I've been eating daily since May 1st. My weight was 65kg
Breakfast:
A tablet of opti-men
A can of tuna
3 slices of bread
Snack:
2 tbspoons peanut butter
A glass of 2% skimmed milk
Lunch:
A plate full of rice
1 whole leg + a drumstick (fat and skin removed) with some condiments
Pre-Workout:
Some yogurt:
3oz cashew nuts
Post Workout
1 tablet of opti-men
3 scoops of ON Whey Protein
Dinner:
A full plate of spaghetti
4oz ground beef
Spaghetti sauce
Before bed:
5 scoops of ice-cream
A scoop of casein
I don't do much cardio, I sleep a lot, I rarely go out of the house.
After a month my weight still fluctuates between 66 - 67kg. Can somebody suggest me what should I eat to bulk up to at least 70kg?
I'm trying to maximize my calories intake to gain some weight hence I eat ice cream. Where am I doing wrong?

anyway bro, u consume carbs throughout the day except for ur postworkout, which is pretty important growth. U need some simple carbs, such as glucose, maltodextrine, dextrose and etc with ur post workout shake. And... i would say.. cut out the 5 scoop of ice cream and consume some coconut oil or olive oil would be a better option for prebed thou. As for ur morning snack, try to consume carbs as well. Below i think would be a better arrangement.
Breakfast:
A tablet of opti-men
A can of tuna
3 slices of bread (whole meal) OR 2 -3 scoops of roll oat
Snack:
X - 2 tbspoons peanut butter
X - A glass of 2% skimmed milk
A full plate of spaghetti
4oz ground beef
Spaghetti sauce (can i move this here?) OR some oat/ Fruits that can give the same amt of carbs + protein (tuna again?)
Lunch:
XA plate full of rice
X1 whole leg + a drumstick (fat and skin removed) with some condiments
U can eat the PB here plus a chicken breast
Pre-Workout:
Some yogurt:
X3oz cashew nuts
Some meat
Post Workout
1 tablet of opti-men
3 scoops of ON Whey Protein + simple carbs (glucagon)
Dinner:
XA full plate of spaghetti
4oz ground beef + Spaghetti sauce + some healthy fat and vege
Before bed:
XXXXX5 scoops of ice-cream
A scoop of casein + olive OR coconut oil
