jon: Last time i tot diet plan never work out for me, and i tried to follow one strictly, taking care of everything i eat, only "xue cha" , plain water or kopi o kosong if i happen to eat out (ofcoz the macro calculating stuff). And it somehow works for me, but ofcoz due to my laziness towards cardio, it works 60 -70% hehe.

as u can c from these, at least the stupid love handles get smaller. XD

hehe dude, just try out some of the diet plan out there like anabolic diet or carb cycle. Its troublesome but its awesome when it works hehe.

Traps? i usually do it on my "accessories" day. I do 4 sets upright row (narrow grip), 4sets behind back barbell shrug and 4sets parallel grip shrug(machine). Squeeze the traps at the end of the movement for 1 sec then lower the bar slowly and repeat. Choose a weight tat u can really feel the burn, sometime too heavy, we can shrug but no much burning sensation. Hope this help tongue.gif

I read from somewhere that cutting that goes more than 16 weeks may risking urself in catabolism. so take it easy bro. As mention by Neek, those are the stuff that u need to take care of, caloric deficit with proper macro nutrient.

During cutting i usually concern about catabolism and energy level , therefore i would spend more for supplement like BCAA and N.O :/
