Now i fully HVT my training, seems the training going pretty good, can see some improvement on my shoulder hehe...

dam, that few kg can means years of training T.T. Last time i went through food poisoning, lost 4kg in 4 days, seriously sux.

lol, when u have just comming back from a long rest, better start of light, else injuries will keep waving to u, last few week i sprain my neck after my deloading week T.T

This article further illustrate on higher reps for greater TUT and more glycogen store in the muscle. And as well explain a little bit on why ppl with long limbs and torso often cant lift as heavy as the shorter one and the old debate on machine vs free weight. Simply it is just differed by individual's goal, r u a bodybuilder, powerlifter or certain types of athlete.
