Have you trained as many years as him and are you his size to fully understand how your body works to say that partials are more important than proper form? Darkie always says normal trainees need to have perfect form with a weight we can handle while the pros have very good form with heavy ass weight.

I'm trying to lay off carbs nowadays, but I don't really watch my diet as long as I get my sufficient protein intake (which is not really much cuz as I'm still studying I'm broke all the time). Genetics plays a big part for me being lean. But I have higher bodyfat levels than last time.
I'm 5"10, trained for 2 years. Still need to work on the lats darkie, but then slowly improving on it after having access to a proper gym since we last met heh. |

Thats rather underweight considering I consider myself small at 89kg with the same height. But maybe we have different goals.

Some pre Christmas random pics my gf took with her phone. Progress not good, weight around 91-92kg, 5"10. My lats sucks but tweaking my back routine for the past few weeks, more intense now, hopefully more progress can be seen soon. Still working on the outer quad sweep, also tweaking my training but no wheel pics.
