Hey guys I noticed a problem with my back, I don't know why it looks a lot different from other people. And my middle and lower back doesn't seem to grow. I don't know whether its my bodyfat level, wrong way of posing, or I completely didn't hit the middle back at all. Any advice? Also need advice for my triceps. I've been doing CGBP and a lot of skullcrushers and tricep cable pushdown work, but doesn't seem to be growing, I need the size for when I strike a double bi pose. Comments appreciated thx.

(One of my idols and an achievable goal.) See the difference? I don't have the middle and bottom part, really bugging me as comps are coming up end of May.

Bodyfat around 20+%. Nothing much to comment about since you just started off recently. All parts needs lot of work.

Its the angle, illusion, lighting and posing problem bro. Seriously need some advice on competing. First time using the tan thing too, not too sure how to apply. That was 3 layers of tan, and its not very even. I think didn't give it enough time to dry out. Help!
(Besides, bodyfat quite high+ water retention I guess)
