QUOTE(emino @ Oct 12 2010, 08:11 PM) Got into an accident last Saturday. Broke my collar bone, and had to undergo a surgery to reattached them using metal plates. The doc said it would be 3 months++ before I could even bench anything. *sigh* Hey bro, sorry to hear that. It sucks to be injured. But you're not alone, I'm not allowed any training until further notice due to my back. |

Not-so 'progress' after 2/3 months off actual training with nothing but pullups. And sure enough, my BF% has shot up too, I'm at about 20% right now.

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Nov 7 2010, 11:17 PM) This was when all I did for my biceps were front squats, pull-ups, chin-ups and rows. Now that I've added bench presses and overhead presses, I'm hoping they'll grow slightly bigger. I know measurements aren't all that big a deal for you (or are they?), but what're we looking at here? Heh.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(Steven_aka_G @ Dec 15 2010, 10:48 PM) Back from the dead, or rather from work and dancing. Anyway, here's an update on how I have been doing. I regularly worked out my muscles to increase size on my physique. However, due to advices from my dancing friends, bulking up TOO big is not good for dancing as it restricts the movement. So, I worked on heavy weights sparingly and focused more on light weights + high reps to increase muscle endurance. Sorry man, the muscle mass and flexibility thing, so not true. Lets be real for a moment, it's not likely you're gonna be as huge as Kai Greene. So, we'll look at gymnasts. Look up Yuri Van Gelder, Hiroyuki Tomita or Chen Yibing. All big in their own right, and I'm sure they're preeeetty flexible. This is me. (Taken earlier) This post has been edited by -Dan: Dec 17 2010, 12:28 AM |

QUOTE(emino @ Jan 1 2011, 10:22 AM) 3 tahun nye progress. Slow je... Then again, I'm not hardcore cam pro-pro dalam ni. Hehe IMO it's not that bad since you don't appear to have gained an ounce of fat over the 3 years but have definitely increased your muscle mass.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Latest pics. Been desperately trying to bring up pretty much my entire upper body. Though, I've got some pretty obvious symmetry issues, ie right arm > left arm, left chest > right chest, right delt > left delt.

I'm still recovering from my 2 disc herniations, so I wear a belt. IMO it helps, both physically and mentally, for me at least.
