Beginners = perfect form, moderate weightsAdvanced and professionals = good form, heavy weights high reps
They're called IFBB Pros for a reason. People are too quick to say it's all drug use, etc. But they didn't get to where they are now with half assed training and no mind muscle connection. They know what they're doing. But it doesn't mean it can work for you, which is why all pros use different training styles too.
Me doing 60kg bicep curls, strict as i can go but I can't prevent myself from swinging a little. The weight is heavy as shit.
So can you imagine those fellas who lift weights far heavier than me? No way they can do it ultra strict.
