u cant stay there because it is a hotel. you buy a unit n they help u rent out like hotel.

I heard from the agent, we should pay about 6-7k to the lawyer.

Hi Joey, not to worry. Have u been to Scott Garden yet? Been to Overtime or Wong Kok there? Just go upstair, take a look at opposite road, u will see big piece of land...going to have a development there. Mean there will be more offices, shoplots coming up at that area. Nearby Scott Soho are also a lot of development. Therefore u got the right investment there.

Passed by last weekend. They just opened a "Beer Factory" (same with the one in KD's Sunway Giza I guess..).
This place is getting more & more happening, my investment "ding ding wan sik" OD I hope *fingers crossed* hehehehe
