Added on August 20, 2011, 6:35 amscott price 400K is cheap and i bought also another old condo at Tmn Desa 10 mth ago. and now already up by 100K already.i hv feeling scott will cross 550 when its ready, some how that will be good place for my wife to lepak and work. if the fitness center also there then perfect.

i hv few friend also buying scott they are currently at sentral and MV. they plan to move here after it ready, they highlight they will save a lot rent and now own building. compromise the distant only 10 min to their old offi.

Hi, I am looking to buy a corner unit without balcony ( ~ 1336 sft ) at Scott Garden SOHO. The Price I got from WCT for the new block facing KLCC, after all the discounts, is RM796,291.90 . However I am more interested to purchase a corner unit that facing the inside ( with or without the balcony ). Please let me know if anyone have any corner lot facing the inside for sale. Thanks.

Hi guys, actually in Malaysia does SOHO really means you can work and live inside the property just like a normal condo/apartment? I notice a lot of property put up the tag SOHO, but in actuality is 'office', which means they will lock up the place or the whole property is actually just an office block.

SOHO has bathroom/shower, wet kitchen while Office, office suite, SOFO, SOVO dun have.

you can chose to live in SOHO but not the others

most normal office do not include facilities eg pools, gym, game room etc but SOHO, SOFO does.

condo/apartment /normal office usually bigger build up and higher monthly maintenance fee..

it is all up to individual preferences...

But the other day I called up on Prima Avenue Soho, they said it's actually office, which means in actuality it's base is in office, and well, you can't 'live' there.

Hence the confusion of the term SOHO. If soho is used just to describe the facilities provided as lucerne said, then whether the property can be 'lived in', will depend on how the developer allows it, right?

r u sure prima avenue is soho? does the developer stated soho in their brochure ?

Now is confirm cannot live there and is office suite, and I thought I could get a property like that. 

You guys know any other props around kv that sports similar concept? Like subang soho type where there's open space and a half second floor, or duplex type. Or something like Zetapark Zen Suites?

Malaysia property all the same type either condo/apartment or terrace/banglow/townhouse. Hope got daring developer to come up with those loft type houses.
