I went to iproperty fair today n thinking of investing a unit? KLCC view, shld i go ahead?

also, anyone know about the new deveopment beside scott garden?

there is 1 more unit at 10 floor facing klcc view, 431K after discount, agent just called me say this is the only leftover unit from iproperty fair last week.....should i take it for investment?
