so here's my story i am abit lost right now and i hope u guys could point me to the right direction

a year ago i weight at 108kg and after doing cardio for the whole period i manage to drop my weight to 83kg.I started going to the gym nearly 3months ago combining strength trainning and cardio and now stand at 75kg..my height is 178cm

but i have fats around my belly and under my arm..i know that there's no spot reduction so here's my dilemma people have been telling me i should maintain my calorie intake in order to maintain my weight while building mass...or should i lower my calorie intake and lose fat 1st?

i go to the gym 6 days per week playing different parts each day before i do weight activities i start with a 20mins cardio excercise. so comes to my next question is it possible to lose fats while gaining muscle mass?

to sum it all should i stay at 75kg or should i lower it to 70kg? bcoz people keep telling me jangan bagi kurang lagi
i still have approximately 120days -150days to get myself in shape
im the guy on the right with long hair when i was 108kg

gain muscle is gaining weight too
not like ur weig is 100+ then aftr exrsz 76+
exrsz some more 50+
not like u geting thinner
if ur weig is 50+ when u exsz can gain 60+
it is bcoz of the muscle u build

Can't understand what you mean???

mycronologix,

What's your goal?Thin as a stick or muscular build?

If stick then continue whatever you're doing

If muscular then stop playing with weights and get yourself a beginners routine from 1 of the stickies.(Rippetoe is an example)

What's your diet like?

i would vote to agree with pedro. y get stressed up with what other people comment about your body? Its your body after all, not theirs. Set your goal first, then it would be easy to proceed.

to thread starter,

many of us here cannot provide good advice since we are not sure what ur goal is
so before u make up your mind about lifting weights or cardio, set your goal first
then all the important things like diet and kind of routine will fall in place
research bro and stick to the basics yo!

good luck

Cut the fries and introduce fish to your diet!
Eat more egg whites.

You should start a basic routine and forget about your weight for now.

are you sure with your current state you will need that extra protein?
sure u can take as many scoop as u want but whether it is necessary or not that is another thing.
those axcess protein will make u poop poop and your farts is worst than a gas chamber.

no, u cant fully utilize too much of protein in one go. Try spreading them out throughout the day. i suggest u take 1 scoop every morning, and 1 scoop pre-workout, 2 scoop post workout, and 1 scoop between meals.
