no, u cant fully utilize too much of protein in one go. Try spreading them out throughout the day. i suggest u take 1 scoop every morning, and 1 scoop pre-workout, 2 scoop post workout, and 1 scoop between meals.currently im taking 2 scoops after gym..can i increase the scoops to get the protein i need?
