Maybe not so much bumi purchase. So they open for non bumi. Next time if wanna sell is it have much problem?

Hahahah I want take money ma sure can find it. Sg Long looks not much bank. I just know have HL Bank only. Last time EON Bank.

Now mostly developer have free a lot things. Some free kitchen cabinet, aircond, lawyer fee, MOT & etc.

KV landed getting more expensive. Not all buyer afford to get it.

You are right. That why apartment & condo most people finding. I have friend join loan with his wife. D/P Rm50K++, lawyer fee & MOT all together near RM80K. Loan RM500 monthly Rm2200 per month. sweat.gif
