You are right. That why apartment & condo most people finding. I have friend join loan with his wife. D/P Rm50K++, lawyer fee & MOT all together near RM80K. Loan RM500 monthly Rm2200 per month.

Ask yourself, don't ask other people if you already have the budget.

16x55 one small air cond in living room can kautim, easy to clean. Good if you have a small family.
